Q3. Why does the maximum speed of the product received not reach 21mph in the advertising description?
Answer: Due to different laws and restrictions in different regions . the regular maximum speed set by the factory is 15MPH. If you need to reach the maximum speed of 21mph . need to cancel the speed limit setting.
